WEEKLY OPPORTUNITY FOR EARLY LEARNERS & CAREGIVERS
Join us on Mondays from 10:30 am -12 pm Sept. 8 – Nov. 10 for our Club Chickadee program!
These weekly programs are geared towards preschool-aged children, 2 1/2 to 5 years old, and their caregiver(s), but all ages are invited! Join us for Club Chickadee as we investigate our farm animals, the gardens, and wilderness areas through story time, crafts, and hands-on explorations guided by one of our Farm Educators.
There is always something new to discover and animal friends to greet!

LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR NATURE PRESCHOOL
Come discover the world of child-led, nature based learning while exploring our Nature Preschool outdoor classroom and Learning Tree Farm! This program is for preschoolers, ages 2 1/2 to 5 years old, and their adult caregivers.
This series of 12 classes will run on Fridays with two sessions daily beginning this August thru October. Classes run from 9:00 am -10: 30 am or 10:00 am – 11:30 am with arrival & dismissal at the LTF Nature Preschool building (3274 S. Union Rd.) just north of the Farm.
Registration includes the 1.5 hour program facilitated by a Nature Preschool teacher and admission for participants for the whole day at the Farm.

PIONEER HOMESCHOOL DAY

Your Ultimate Homeschool Classroom is waiting for you this Fall at Learning Tree Farm as we bring farm life as Ohio Pioneers to life!
ON THE FARM TRICK OR TREAT WITH NOCTORNAL CREATURES
Friday Oct. 25 5 pm – 8 pm
Trick-or-Treat at the farm happening this fall! This event will be educational and full of fun, furry friends. Explore the farm learning about Ohio’s native nocturnal animals while collecting treats from them along the way. A bag to decorate, Halloween treats, and a fun evening on the farm will be included in your admission to the event.
BIRDING ON THE FARM
Saturday Nov. 1 8 am – 9:30 am
This birding event will be held in Learning Tree Farm’s woods as a guided hike. Bring your own binoculars and reusable water bottles! We will observe and count as many birds as possible and record our findings.

HIKE OUR STORYBOOK TRAIL
Hike our storybook trail from Spring thru Fall where each month we feature a different storybook. Books are generally for early childhood and young readers.
